- ¾ Cup Granulated sugar
- 1 large Egg
- ¼ Cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ Cup (98 gms) Shelled and ground Pistachios (unsalted)
- 1 ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Almond extract
- ⅓ Cup Milk (Room temperature)
- Few drops of green food coloring (optional)
For the topping:
- ½ Cup Green Candy Melts
- Handful of Shelled pistachios
